LOADING ARM/UNLOADING ARM

Top loading arms permit the transfer of liquids through the manhole on the top of a road or rail tanker. Depending on whether the product is dangerous  or not, this connection may be open (manhole not sealed), semi-closed (via a cone to the top of the tanker) or closed.
